Experience Boat Town collects as little as it can. Here is the whole list.

Forms

When you claim a listing or contact us, we keep what you typed: your name, email, and anything you added about the business. It goes into our internal issue tracker so we can act on it, and we use it only to follow up about your request and update the listing. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to any list.

Newsletter

The newsletter runs on Beehiiv. Signing up sends your email to Beehiiv, and it is covered by their privacy policy as well as this one. Every issue has an unsubscribe link; use it any time and you are out.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to see which pages people read and where they come from, in aggregate. That is how we decide what to write next. We do not use that data to identify you.

Business listings

Listings are built from public information: a business's own website, public records, and Google. Business addresses and phone numbers are public by nature. If you own a business and want your listing changed or removed, claim it and say so.

Removal
