About Experience Boat Town

Experience Boat Town is an independent guide to boating and waterfront life on Lake St. Clair. It is anchored in Harrison Township, the place that calls itself Boat Town USA, and it covers the whole Michigan shore: the Nautical Mile in St. Clair Shores, Anchor Bay up by New Baltimore, the Grosse Pointes, and the river towns toward Algonac.

What it is for

The directory is the spine: 263 marinas, dealers, yards, launches, waterfront restaurants, and the everyday businesses that keep Harrison Township running, each with hours, a phone number, and directions. The guides are the rest: where to launch, where you can tie up for lunch, how to put the boat away before the lake freezes.

How listings work

Every business is listed for free. We build listings from public records, the business's own site, and Google, then verify what we can. If you own a business here and something is wrong or missing, claim your listing and we will fix it. Featured placement and newsletter sponsorship are the only things that cost money, and they never change what a listing says.
