What locals say
The showroom and boats look nice, but recent shoppers describe poor follow-through. Two say calls and messages to sales went unanswered, and one buyer had to step in personally to clear up an old mortgage and lien release on the title. Broker Steve did get credit for being responsive and keeping that deal alive.
